Do you launder items not rented from Velare?
Yes. Many decorators and venues send us their own inventory for laundering. It’s a great way to maintain quality without the hassle of in-house cleaning.
How are stains treated?
Every item is washed twice, with stain treatment included in the process. Our team carefully inspects each piece to ensure it’s ready for your next event.
How many times do you wash each item?
Every linen receives two full washes as part of our quality standard.
Do you guarantee linens will come back spotless?
We can’t guarantee 100% stain removal, but we promise every effort. If a stain remains after two cleanings, the item is returned clearly marked so you can make the best decision moving forward.
Can I schedule regular laundry service?
Yes. Many of our partners use weekly or ongoing service. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs.
Do you handle specialty fabrics like velvet or satin?
Yes. Specialty textiles require extra care, and we adjust our process to protect and extend the life of delicate fabrics.
How are items packaged after cleaning?
All pieces are pressed, folded, and packaged for easy transport and quick setup.
Do you offer pickup and delivery for laundry?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are available. Some clients also prefer to drop off and collect their items, whichever is easier for you.
What happens if stains don’t come out?
After two professional treatments, any remaining stains will be noted and the item returned. Many of our partners find this helps them decide whether to keep, replace, or rent alternatives from Velare.
